Work Experience
- Responsible for all aspects of the product including the Tap on Mobile app, integrations, and terminal applications.
- Responsible for the commercial aspects of the product including profit and loss.
- Gathering of insights from multiple sources to align the overall vision and strategy for the product.

- Development of Technical Solution Concepts and Specifications together with Merchants and POS Providers as base for the Implementation.
- Close alignment with Terminal Engineering AUS.
- Engineering Support and Consulting of Merchants and POS Providers to integrate their solution into our Payment Solutions until going live.
- Support and Technical Consulting of internal Stakeholders (Sales, PM, Technical Support Teams) about all aspects of Integrations.
- Technical Lead within Integration Projects.
- Alignment and Coordination with POS Integration Teams for new Features, Releases, Demands, and Changes.
- Assisted the Head of Billing to establish and maintain Billing processes and standards, both on-shore and off-shore.
- Documentation and mapping of key billing processes.
- Supervision of junior and off-shore resources to ensure billing cycles are properly executed and service levels are met.
- Data analysis and reporting of billing cycles to drive business and functional strategies.
- Ensured all procedure guides and work instructions were up to date.
- Acting as a liaison with business owners, vendors, contractors, and others on projects with a focus on improving existing processes.
- Compiling detailed system requirements and technical specification documentation.
- Serving as an escalation point for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conducted end-user training sessions and workshops.
- Preparation of training guides for end-users on specific tasks such as stocktake, membership & account management, and purchase orders.
